Which games can I play on a Union PC?
For games such as CS2, Fortnite, and Cyberpunk 2077, choose a build to match your monitor's resolution and the settings you want to use. More demanding games and higher resolutions call for a dedicated graphics card. Frames per second (FPS) depend on the specific components, game, and settings. Tell us what you play, which monitor you use, and your budget. We'll help you choose a suitable build.
Does my PC come with Windows and drivers?
Your PC comes with Windows by default. You can add a Windows 11 Home or Pro license in the configurator for an additional charge. We then install and activate Windows and install the drivers your PC needs. We test every PC before shipping, whether you choose Windows or Linux.
What warranty does my PC have?
Your PC has a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. Any additional manufacturer's warranty listed for a component applies alongside it. If something goes wrong, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll help with diagnosis and your warranty claim.
Can I upgrade my PC without losing the warranty?
Yes. Adding RAM or replacing an SSD or graphics card doesn't, by itself, void your warranty. Damage caused by incompatible parts or incorrect installation isn't covered. If you're planning an upgrade, tell us what you'd like to change. We'll help you check compatibility.
